The Executives of Philrealty and GPI
Today, March 6, 2013 Philippine Realty and Holdings Corp. (Philrealty) and Greenhills Properties Inc. (GPI) had called for a press conference held at Edsa Shangri-la Hotel Mandaluyong City. This was for us to witness the Memorandum of Agreement Signing Ceremony of their partnership in developing a property in Bonifacio Global City. Part of the project is the Skybreeze at Andrea North condominium. The construction will start mid next year. The financing of Skybreeze is funded from the sales of the previous tower, the Skyline.

The Skybreeze will be located in New Manila, Quezon City. The Skybreeze will be a 31-storey tower and will offer 280 units. This is just the second tower, out of the five planned towers for Andrea North Condominium complex. (Press Release)
Andrea North Towers has close proximity to hospitals, namely St. Lukes Medical Center, Cardinal Santos Memorial Hospital, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospita, Waterous General Hospital, The Medical City and more. Nearby schools are St. Paul College, Quezon City, Holy Spirit School, Aquainas School, Dominican College, Lasalle Greenhills, etc. Greenhills Shopping Center, SM Megamall are also within a close proximity.
The main purpose of the press conference was for the MOA Signing Ceremony. The next one will probably the groundbreaking and I do hope I can cover this event as well since I got interested with Philrealty when I covered the event earlier.
