Bloggers Fashion Challenge at Tutuban Night Market

A few weeks ago, I joined the Week 2 of the Bloggers Fashion Challenge in Tutuban Night Market. Week 1 was for the male bloggers, while Week 2 was for female bloggers.

We were given Php 1000.00. The challenge: we have to dress our models using Php 1,000.00 with something casual but KPOP inspired.

Tutuban Night Market is famous this season, Christmas season. The night market opens around 6:00 P.M. and closes around 3:00 or 4:00 A.M. during this season. It’s the best place to buy gifts for friends. I remember, when I was a kid, I try to budget Php 1,000 to buy gifts to 20 friends and family. And yes, I was always able to budget it. The Bloggers Fashion Challenge was a bit of nostalgic for me, only this time, I was dressing up a beautiful model and I have to buy clothes.

There were 6 female bloggers who participated, if I’m not mistaken, all of them has change left in their budget, but for me, I spent exactly 1,000.

Miss Lyra Velchez, the model assigned to me, (who was really beautiful) looked gorgeous with the clothes I chose for her. The clothes we bought didn’t look cheap at all. With just Php 1,000, we were able to buy elegant-looking shoes and bag, nice top and skater skirt, shades, bonnet and high socks. All of that for just Php 1,000. That’s why Tutuban Night Market is truly famous during the Christmas season. You can buy elegant looking gifts at a very affordable price.

I truly had fun in the challenge and it was really memorable for me. I’m sure the other bloggers and even the models had fun in the event. Have you tried shopping in Tutuban Night Market? How was your experience?
