The Spicy Squid Salad with Chili and Straw Mushroom. All of my favorites in one. I love spicy food, seafood, and mushroom. I was so excited to try this appetizer. I loved it, only that, it wasn’t too spicy for my taste. So for those who have a low tolerance for spicy food, I am sure you will enjoy this because it’s not that spicy. Plus, it’s really good!
Chilean Salmon Tartare with Iceberg Lettuce Salad.
Eggplant, Tomato, Cucumber, Chipotle Dressing and Red Onion.
Beans and Rice with Eggs.
Aji De Gallina (Peruvian Spicy Creamed Chicken).
Now this one is the crowd’s favorite. Most of us who tried the Sabor Latino buffet loved this dish. The spiciness is perfect. And the chicken was really great!
Jerrycaya
The buffet experience is not complete without trying desserts. Jerrycaya is one of the desserts available in the Sabor Latino Buffet Special. They also have dulce de leche, and of course, the all-time favorite, churros.
