Who doesn’t love to travel? I think everyone wants to travel. There’s something about travelling that relaxes people. Travelling is not all about relaxation. Sometimes it’s a chance to discover yourself. It’s a time for reflection. Sometimes, it offers peace. It also offers knowledge. Knowledge about the culture, the people, even the history. Sometimes it even teaches us to be independent. It can also teach us to “disconnect.” Travelling has a lot of benefits, and each one of us has a different taste in travelling. Some people want to connect with the culture, with the people, or sometimes just with the nature. Some people wants to climb mountains while others want to hit the beach. Some people wants to travel internationally, some just locally. Some people wants to travel with friends, some with family but some people want to go solo.

I got to enjoy the enjoy the beach and surf in San Juan, La Union, Philippines.

Group photo with those who joined the trip to La Union with Voyagers 7K Travel and Tours last June 24, 2017.

We visited “Bahay na Bato” (House Made of Stone) during our tour. Bahay na Bato is one of the famous tourist spots in La Union.
I’ve always traveled with either my friends, my family or blogger friends. But a few weeks ago, I joined a trip with Voyagers 7K Travel and Tours. It’s my first time being a joiner, I didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t know most of the people from that group. I literally know 2 out of 10 from the group. But I’ve learned a lot, and here’s three reasons why you should a book a trip with them.
- Affordable tours. Compared to the others that I know and encountered, Voyagers 7K Travel and Tours offer the most competitive rates for the tours. Their Baler 2D1N is priced only at Php 1,799 per head. Their Banawe-Sagada-Baguio trip for 3D2N is priced at Php 2,899. But what I’ve actually tried is their La Union trip priced at only Php 2,499 for 2D1N! I believe these packages are affordable and reasonable.
- The organizer is very accommodating. The organizer always thought of what’s best for the group. He always ask the group if we have everything we need. He understands if a member of the group needs to stop over to pee or for photo ops. Â Some of the organizers I know doesn’t really care. They are there just to guide you where to go, but other than that, everything is purely business. But that’s not the case with Voyagers 7K Travel and Tours. The organizer will even hang out with the group. You wouldn’t feel awkward around the organizer, he’s pretty much like a friend travelling with you.
- The itinerary is flexible. Some traveler friends that I know hates being a joiner because the organizers are very strict in following the itinerary. That’s not the case with Voyagers 7K Travel and Tours. The organizer will listen to the majority. It doesn’t feel like a field trip and you will not be ordered around. You have freedom. For me, and some of my friends, we like having a very flexible itinerary. Each person has a different interest, but you all have one thing in common: “you want to travel.” This is why for me, Voyagers 7K Travel and Tours has done a good job in being very flexible with the itinerary but still made everyone enjoy the trip.
Overall, I enjoyed the trip. I wasn’t exhausted because the itinerary was flexible and each got the time they needed to enjoy the trip. The choice of transient was great, although I was quite frustrated that there’s no signal at all for both Globe and Smart. I know that sometimes it’s all about disconnecting when you travel, but at night, I still want to check at least my text messages from my family. There’s enough room for everyone at the van. The Lifestyle Avenue is rating Voyagers 7K Travel and Tours 4 out of 5 stars.
