  • Make yourself presentable. We know how hard it is to get up early and rush to the classroom. Even if you don’t have time for a makeup in the morning, spend a few minutes to make yourself look the best. Got up in the morning after a long party last night, so you look pale and sleepy with gray circles under eyes? It’s possible to fix it with a quick 2-minutes makeup using just four cosmetic products: a powder, blush, mascara and a nude gloss.

  • Try not to eat at least 2-3 hours before you get to bed. When you eat a lot of food at night and then go to bed, it makes you feel tired in the morning, plus it leads to bad problems with the stomach
  • Do exercises. If honestly, we don’t know many students that do morning exercises, but you can plan your training during your day! If you are not an early bird, then maybe it’s better for you to exercise after classes. Find a gym at your campus and go there with your friend for a productive training!

You also can join various fitness programs such as jogging, aerobics, etc., or participate in sports events of your college, if you are interested in football, swimming, or basketball. Exercising will keep you in a good shape, plus give you a lot of energy and good mood for the entire day

  • Sleep enough at night. Of course, nothing can be better for some students than partying till the morning with friends. Sometimes it’s not bad to distract oneself and go to a party on the weekend, but remember, you should sleep enough to feel energized and ready to study. If you used to sit until midnight with your homework, and cannot wake up in the morning because of lack of sleep, reschedule your day and start doing your assignments earlier.

Develop a good habit to go to bed before 10 p.m., and you will feel much better after a good night rest.
