Photographs: Phone or Not?

Can you guess what camera shot these? Nope, these were not shot with a “real” camera. These came from my old Oppo F3. Default camera app, JPEG output, full auto. Of course, the photos (except the last one) were run through Adobe Lightroom for minimal adjustments, but still, the images are amazing straight out of the camera.

Even with the newer models packing more megapixels and better camera performance, I haven’t really found a good reason to end my relationship with this phone. I guess the only time I’d ditch this model is when theres a model that’s on par with the autofocus speed of my DSLR. But for now, I abide by one of the general rules of photographers, “wala yan sa pana, nasa indian yan..”
