Mr. Fast Foo is the latest Chinese fast food dining experience that promises “fantastic feasts served fast.” And what I mean by fast, it’s amazingly “3 MINUTES FAST.” The fastest by restaurant industry standards. (Source: Press Release)
I’ve tried the food served in their branch at 2nd Floor, University Mall, La Salle. I’ve tried most on their signature food list.
The TASTE:
The Beef Mami, offers a tender beef brisket and noodles in a rich beef broth. The mami, is served hot, amazingly for a dish served that fast. The Asado Rice Bowl was also good. It’s pork tenders flavored with soy and star anis on top of steamed rice served with asado sauce. Just one serving of this asado rice bowl is enough to keep you feeling full for lunch. The Lechon Macau Rice, truly Chinese. Its steamed rice topped with succulent pork with crispy skin, served with a special sauce, is superb! As for the taste, I can give Mr. Fast Foo, a pretty good score.

The PRICE:
The price is a bang for the buck. For a Chinese food served fast, this is quite affordable. Probably because they intended this for the students. Their two branches are located within the vicinity of the universities. The students can actually afford their meals. No debates about this. They deserve a good score here.

The AMBIANCE:
The ambiance was great. The place was really clean and has the good vibes feeling. It also has a touch of the Chinese restaurant ambiance. I think, the place is pretty small if they actually intended the students to eat there. But, all in all, the ambiance is good.

The SERVICE:
Again, this is the most important. As I visited Mr. Fast Foo in the La Salle branch, I can say they have a pretty good service. The crews are smiling and they are truly helpful. I hope they would remain that way even if it becomes toxic. So for the service in the La Salle branch, I can give them a good score here.

My VERDICT:
I highly recommend Mr. Fast Foo to students and those craving for an affordable Chinese meals. It’s great for students with a budget and for those in a hurry. They really do offer fast food with a taste of Chinese.
