After spending time with my F3, I realized a few things about it, both good and bad.
- It’s a wonder when it comes to movie and music playback.
- It doesn’t get as hot as its bigger sibling, the F3 Plus.
- The built-in gallery could’ve been better
- Battery life is a big downfall.
First, the display isn’t too big yet it provides for a good movie viewing experience. It is crisp, a bit saturated but nothing unnatural. The sounds are natural as well, not too warm. The large internal memory is a big plus since I don’t need an external storage to put all my files there, I have over 29 gigabytes of multimedia files and I haven’t even loaded my phone with my graphic novels. No lag whatsoever.
Second, I have used it for heavy and simultaneous tasks, but it does not get unnecessarily hot. Running Hitman Sniper, Binance, Social Media Apps, and other background apps, I still don’t feel that untouchable kind of hotness from the phone.
Third, the default gallery is a copy of the iOS gallery. Passable UI, but the regular gallery apps of other brands such as ASUS and Samsung are far better.
Lastly, the battery. In connection with the second observation, running multiple apps drain the battery quite quickly. Actually, even running a single not-so-heavy task will deplete your battery surprisingly quick. A powerbank is a must for this unit, unfortunately.
To conclude this write-up, I will just say that this phone, like any other, has its fair share of cons. But for its price, it’s still a total banger. Would still recommend to my family and friends.
Until next time!
