I’ve always wanted to achieve the ash gray hair color. But I always end up frustrated with the result from the salons that I’ve tried. Finally, I found the salon who was finally able to achieve my dream hair color. Last October 6, 2016, I decided to pamper myself. I went to 690 Salon and Spa located in Antonia Mansion, #690 Banawe Street, Brgy. Siena, Quezon City, Philippines. It’s just in front of North Park Restaurant and beside BPI Banawe branch.

I love the ambiance of the salon, it looks spacious and has a minimalist design. They have two floors; the first floor functions as the salon and for the second floor is the spa and massage area. They have two single rooms for the massage and one couple room available. The Swedish and Shiatsu/Thai massage is priced at Php 299.00 per hr. Add ons like Ventosa, Hot Stone, and 30 min. extension is also available and priced at Php 150.00. Foot Reflex and Spa is available for only Php 249.00. I personally tried the Ventosa massage. It was my first time and I had a very relaxing time during the massage. The staff were all friendly. The therapists had NC 2 certification in TESDA, you can be assured that they really know their job.

After the massage, we started bleaching my hair to achieve the color that I want. I underwent two hair bleaching before I got the hair color I want. Mr. Dennis Miranda, their senior stylist was my hair stylist. He was an expert in hair styling and had experience working for a very high-end and famous salon. They used Wella Professionals’s Koleston and Illumina for my Balayage hair color treatment.

Overall, I had an outstanding experience in 690 Salon and Spa. I was able to achieve the hair color that I want and I got to relax in their massage services. I highly recommend 690 Salon and Spa for your pampering needs.

- From MRT Quezon Avenue Station, ride any jeep or fx going to Manila or Quiapo.
- Get off at Banawe St. Mcdonald’s.
- Ride a jeep going to Del Monte and get off at the North Park restaurant.
