These are the Most Popular Houses in Asia

April 24, 2019

It was in the Cold War when the term “First World” was first used. Back then, it refers to countries that were considered opponents of the Soviet Union. Today, when you say, “First World countries”, everybody knows you’re talking about nations around the globe with a stable economy and high standard of living.

Thirty-one countries made it tothe list of First World countries in 2019. Only three are in Asia: Japan, Singapore, and South Korea. For this reason, many think there are more wealthy people in Europe than in Asia. They could be right. However, when you say some Asian is wealthy, that person is really, really rich.

Have you seen the movie ‘Crazy Rich Asians?’ For sure one of the most remarkable scenes for you is when they showed the rich guy’s mansion. Glorious, right? In this article, we’re going to discuss the 10 most popular, luxurious houses in Asia unveiled in Hong Kong on September 28, 2018.

Singapore: Arwaa Mansion

Covering 110,000 square feet on top of a hill, the Arwaa Mansion became the talk of the town in 2018. This palatial property that’s estimated to be worth around US$120 million made noise as a subject of a legal dispute between the brother of the Sultan of Brunei and the country’s national investment agency.

Indonesia: Malimbu

The Malimbu Cliff Villa in Indonesia features two things any house buyer wants to have: modern design and breathtaking view. Located on the beautiful western coastline of Lombok, here you can either watch monkeys swinging through coconut trees or enjoy an exotic island retreat in the nearby bars and restaurants. Imagine having access to these every day?

Turkey: Waterfront Estate

Come to Turkey and ask people for the best property in the country they could think of. For sure, everyone would point you to the Waterfront Estate. This one features astounding sea views, sandy beaches, and excellent rental potential with prices lower than equivalent European hot spots. A great investment, indeed.
