I finished the Season 1 of The Order yesterday, and up until now, I am still bothered by the ending. So I decided to write about it, just to vent out.

*** SPOILERS AHEAD ***
The season 1 has 10 episodes, and actually ended well. There was no annoying cliffhanger. But this is the part where I tell you why I am still bothered by the ending. It’s not that I am bothered in a bad way. I just can’t stop thinking about it.
Alyssa, she loves Jack so much, but at the end of the day, she chose to follow The Order. She chose to erase his memories. It also means, Jack will forget about her. Fine, I get that she will choose her career over Jack, but it just felt like betrayal to me. And it’s really sad. I understand and respect her choice, but I couldn’t I just couldn’t help it.
And I’m sad not just because of Jack and Alyssa, it’s mostly because the memories of all the members of the Knights of St. Christopher was wiped! And the part where the Temple Magus confiscates everything at the reliquary of the werewolves, broke my heart. I understand that it belongs to The Order, but they were part of the hard work of the Knights!
But anyway, to sum it all up, I enjoyed watching the series. I like the ending, although it really made me sad. And I seriously couldn’t stop thinking about it. The plot twists of the story were also good. I can’t wait for season 2!
