Last October 22, 2016, Turner has announced a major enhancement to its Cartoon Networks Watch and Play App. It now allows Globe Telecom customers to livestream Cartoon Network and on-demand content via a new authenticated service. The features were previewed at the Globe Iconic Store, Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater, BGC, Philippines last October 22-23, 2016. Your favorite Cartoon Network characters were present at the event. The Powerpuff Girls, (Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup) Jake and Finn of Adventure Time, and Ben10 entertained the kids and the kids at heart last Saturday. The event was also star-studded. Celebrity moms like Ina Raymundo, Camille Prats and the family, Team Kramer, was at the event.

Globe customers can log in to the free app using their username and password to unlock an array of value-added services. You can livestream the channel on your devices, play fun games and access the full episodes on demand. In addition, Cartoon Network Anything which presents short-form content, is now offered as part of the Globe app bundle.

There will a dedicated data usage for the apps so Globe users won’t have to worry about the apps data consumption, eating most of their data allowance.
The apps is available at the Apple App Store and Google Play store. With 30-days free trial for Cartoon Network Watch and Play starting this month. It’s exclusive to Globe customers. Cartoon Network Anything can be accessed for free via the Globe Swith app that comes with a data wallet for prepaid users while for postpaid customers, they can enjoy the app by registering to Globe GoSurf50.
