During the event, Mothers Who Brunch, Michelle Aventajado and Sabrina Go with celebrity Chef Jose Sarazola and Philips in-house Chef Jaced Bayongos brought to attention the dilemmas of mom in preparing healthy but great-tasting meals for their families. Together, they showed how to do a healthy spin of the Filipino favorites like lechon kawali, bulalo, corned beef, and vegetable quiche.

Philips introduced Philips Avance XL AirFryer with Rapid Air technology for healthier frying. The technology was first introduced in 2011 to bring consumers oil-less fried food. The Philips Avance XL Airfryer has even more improvements. It has 50 percent bigger capacity and 30 percent cooking time. It enables you to fry, bale, roast and grill with less fat compared to a conventional fryer using little or even no oil. It also creates less smell, it’s easy to clean, safe and economical.
There is also a new range of rice cookers. The Philips Avance Collection Sensor Touch Rice Cooker features a unique five-layer inner pot that is non stick for easy cleaning and anti-scratch for longer lifespan. The Philips Electric Pressure Cooker is durable and has a non-stick inner pot. It features an easy-to-read large digital screen display and is 8 times faster than a conventional pressure cooker.
Philips also introduced the Philips Viva Collection Juicer for a high juice extraction, cleaning within a minute. The Philips Avance Collection Blender features a multi-speed function to make 10 percent more juice. This juicer can extract even more juice from your fruit and vegetables. It also features a quick clean sieve and integrated pulp container.
