In a launch party held at Ugly Duck in the hip district of Poblacion, the Thayers team introduced members of the media and content creators within the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle space to the brand that is backed by science to level up your skin.
Thayers Marketing Lead Anna Fujimori cited witch hazel, the brand’s star ingredient, and the process it undergoes as an example.
“This wonder plant with multiple skin improving properties is extracted through a special process called ‘maceration’ which is like steeping a bag of tea, and allows us to fully extract the goodness while remaining alcohol-free,” she shared.
Thayers has been in the business and science of effective skincare since 1847, bannering its powerful fusion of plant and derm actives. The brand’s proven efficacy to reduce the visibility of pores and improve overall skin quality has contributed greatly in Thayers’ impressive repurchase rate of 91%, making it the #1 toner in the US.
“It gives me great pleasure to announce that Filipinos will get to try this science-backed goodness for themselves, as Thayers officially launches in the Philippines,” Fujimori enthused.
Thayers’ toner–available unscented, lavender, cucumber, and the best-selling rose scents–as well as its mist and astringent, will be carried exclusively in Watsons, SM Department Stores and Look, and e-commerce websites.
By next year, Thayers products will be available nationwide.
