A few weeks ago, I went to Baguio during the Panagbenga Festival with my friends through VanaShane Travel and Tours. While we were covering the festival, we grabbed the opportunity to try out some of the best restaurants around the place.
The first stop was in Beans Talk Bistro. When I walked inside the place, I noticed right away the design of the place. The design is pretty cool. I love the ambiance. It will make you want to stay longer.
Beans Talk Bistro is not just a coffee shop, they have cakes, freshly baked breads and even complete meals for your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Here’s my Top 3 Favorites:
#3. White Choco Mousse Entremet. I’ve always loved white chocolate. It was a bit too sweet for me, but it was still really good. Still better than most of the cakes I’ve tried.
#2. Beans Talk Demisphere Entremet. When I first saw it, I thought “Is it really a cake?” I don’t even want to touch it and destroy the awesome design of the cake. The idea of the cake is from the actual design of the shop. You will notice right away that it looks like the ceiling of Beans Talk.
#1. Hazelnut Passion Fruit Entremet. I love it. It has the right amount of sweetness. It’s not just the design. It’s also the taste. It’s one of the best cakes I’ve ever tried. Until now, I can’t forget how good it tasted.
The cakes are a bit pricey but it was because it takes them around 3-4 days for one cake. Most of the cakes has layers with different textures, hence, the price. But if you ask me, if you are in for something sweet and cute, it’s worth it.
